U.S. SEC says software allowing crypto wallet transactions not considered broker

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has clarified that software enabling cryptocurrency wallet transactions does not qualify as a broker. This decision means that platforms facilitating these transactions will not be subject to broker regulations.
