Morgan Stanley filed second-amended S-1s for spot Ethereum and Solana ETFs at a 0.14% fee, the lowest in both markets, naming Figment, Galaxy, and Coinbase Canada as staking providers, with the funds set to trade as MSSE and MSOL.
