Community Bankers Sue Federal Bank Regulator to Overturn Crypto Trust Charter Rule
The Independent Community Bankers of America says the regulator has no legal authority to make non-fiduciary crypto firms national trust banks, and wants a court to vacate its March chartering rule and Protego's conditional charter.
