Circle faces class action lawsuit over alleged inaction in $280 million Drift exploit
A class action lawsuit has been filed against Circle by the law firm Gibbs Mura. The suit alleges that Circle failed to take prompt action to freeze the USDC funds that were stolen during the $280 million Drift exploit.
