Charles Hoskinson: Bitcoin's Quantum Fix is a Hard Fork, Not a Soft Fork

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson argues that Bitcoin's proposed quantum fix, BIP-361, is actually a hard fork, not a soft fork. He contends that this approach cannot recover pre-2013 Bitcoin, including Satoshi Nakamoto's holdings, estimated at around 1.7 million coins.
