Bhutan moves another $18 million in bitcoin as tracked holdings continue to shrink: Arkham

Bhutan has moved an additional $18 million worth of bitcoin to a new wallet. This latest transaction continues a trend of outflows, reducing the nation's tracked bitcoin holdings to 3,774 BTC from a previous high of 13,000 BTC.
